๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for Malaysia and selected overseas entities, working with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll. You'll be responsible for statutory submissions and maintaining strong internal controls. This role is hybrid in the United States.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets.
  • Manage statutory submissions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, tax).
  • Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations.
  • Process salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and ad-hoc payments.
  • Coordinate payroll vendors and EOR providers, enforcing SLAs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country or regional.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of overseas payroll regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS integration and automation.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent.
