• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers across product areas
• Evolve E2E and API testing frameworks with failure categorization and dashboards
• Champion shift-left practices to embed quality early in development
• Use data metrics to make quality visible and actionable

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in Quality engineering leading teams or initiatives
• Strong hands-on background in E2E and API test automation with TypeScript
• Experience in high-velocity engineering environments
• Comfort with data-driven decision making using metrics
