You will lead the Customer Success and Delivery Returns engineering teams, building high-performing teams, ensuring technical excellence, and partnering with product and business to deliver reliable solutions that improve the customer experience end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing senior backend and frontend engineers
  • Solid understanding of backend systems, distributed architectures, and scalable services
  • Strong collaboration with senior and staff-level engineers and architects
  • Thrive in remote, distributed, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent English skills and based in a European time zone

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support engineers across Customer Success and Delivery Returns teams
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, mentor engineers, support personal and professional growth
  • Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions
  • Ensure teams produce high-quality engineering outcomes by promoting best practices
  • Work closely with Product and cross-functional partners to define goals and shape roadmaps
