Description
You will lead the Customer Success and Delivery Returns engineering teams, building high-performing teams, ensuring technical excellence, and partnering with product and business to deliver reliable solutions that improve the customer experience end-to-end.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing senior backend and frontend engineers
- Solid understanding of backend systems, distributed architectures, and scalable services
- Strong collaboration with senior and staff-level engineers and architects
- Thrive in remote, distributed, cross-functional environments
- Excellent English skills and based in a European time zone
Responsibilities
- Manage and support engineers across Customer Success and Delivery Returns teams
- Conduct regular 1:1s, mentor engineers, support personal and professional growth
- Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions
- Ensure teams produce high-quality engineering outcomes by promoting best practices
- Work closely with Product and cross-functional partners to define goals and shape roadmaps
