  • Manage renewal and expansion quotas for assigned territory
  • Proactively monitor expiring agreements and ensure timely renewals
  • Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate
  • Collaborate with sales and partners to maximize retention

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Superb customer service skills with organizational ability
