You'll manage renewals and upsells for German-speaking customers in a fast-paced environment. Your core impact is driving customer retention and revenue growth for Veeam's Velocity accounts. This role offers global exposure with a leading data resilience company.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage renewal and expansion quotas for assigned territory
- Proactively monitor expiring agreements and ensure timely renewals
- Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate
- Collaborate with sales and partners to maximize retention
π Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced German language skills (written and spoken)
- Advanced English language skills
- Superb customer service skills with organizational ability

- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Basic knowledge of virtualization industry
- Experience compiling and analyzing data
