🎯 What You'll Do

• Define reference architecture and standards for agentic AI across products.
• Build and govern reusable platform components like model brokers and orchestration.
• Develop advanced prompting strategies and evaluate LLM performance.
• Drive cross-functional roadmaps and mentor engineers on AI maturity.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience shipping agentic AI at scale across multiple products.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI stack (Foundry, AI Search, OpenAI, RAG, Copilot).
• Strong background in LLM reasoning, tool use, function calling, and memory.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks for agent behavior and safety.
