💼 About This Role

You'll join Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin as a Senior Accountant, working from our Milwaukee office and remotely. You'll lead monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting for a mission-driven healthcare nonprofit. You'll serve as a departmental expert in accounting and contribute to financial compliance with federal and state regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and cash receipts monthly
• Prepare, record, and verify monthly journal entries
• Maintain insurance policies and financial compliance with DFI, PPFA
• Create, prepare, and analyze monthly and on-demand financial reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• 3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience using accounting software (Financial Edge preferred)

• CPA certification
• Nonprofit and/or healthcare experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
