Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, helping them optimize their technology strategy and accelerate value. You'll lead executive business reviews, mitigate technical risks, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes and growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role
  • 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for Forbes Global 2000 accounts
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously and manage ambiguity
  • Bilingual English and German

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
