You'll lead Chime's privacy program and AI governance initiatives, advising cross-functional teams on privacy laws and data security. Your work will ensure compliance and embed privacy by design across products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise teams on privacy laws, emphasizing financial privacy
• Maintain and evolve Chime's privacy program
• Develop and manage privacy impact assessments
• Support security team with scenario planning and incident reporting

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience with at least 3 years in-house
• Experience advising on AI enablement and governance
• Experience advising a security team on best practices
• Proven track record leading a team
