You'll manage clinical consulting services and optimize plan performance for a healthcare navigation company. You'll drive initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes and cost efficiency while serving as a clinical SME to client teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategies for client plan performance commitments
• Deliver clinical consulting services with evidence-based recommendations
• Analyze pharmacy benefit metrics and identify improvement areas
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Active pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum 7 years in PBM, health plan, or pharmacy clinical consulting
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop insights

• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
• Managed Care Pharmacy Residency, MBA, MPH, or related advanced degree
• Previous experience with health plans or PBMs
