💼 About This Role

You'll work with the Software Design Architecture team at TripArc, owning the cross-platform view to map how services, APIs, and workflows connect. You'll translate architecture decisions into requirements that delivery teams can act on and surface platform-level dependencies before they become blockers. This role sits at the center of multi-platform development, shaping the architecture for years.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map cross-platform solutions and identify integration gaps
• Elicit and maintain requirements spanning multiple pods
• Use AI coding tools for requirements synthesis and documentation
• Surface shared dependencies and maintain platform backlog view
• Produce technical documentation including integration specs and data flow diagrams

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in a BA, PO, or technical solutions role on software delivery teams
• Comfortable reading REST API documentation, OpenAPI specs, and data models
• SQL fluency to validate data behaviour and support integration analysis
• AI fluency: actively uses AI development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) as standard practice

• Experience in travel, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with MongoDB or document-oriented data modelling
• Exposure to event-driven architecture patterns
