💼 About This Role

You'll assist real estate agents with marketing assets using InDesign and proprietary design tools, coordinating with the creative team and external vendors. Your work will drive agent marketing effectiveness and brand cohesion. This role is 100% in-office in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute marketing assets using InDesign and internal design team
• Assist agents with day-to-day marketing needs and questions
• Source and maintain relationships with local vendors
• Monitor advertising/marketing project effectiveness and analyze results

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of Marketing experience
• Intermediate skills with Adobe InDesign for print, digital, and OOH
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media/online marketing platforms
• Detail oriented with project management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a client, sales, or account service environment
• Experience in advertising or real estate marketing
• Proficient in Apple and Google office tools (Keynote, Docs)
