💼 About This Role

You'll support stablecoin issuance and redemption operations for a federally chartered crypto bank. You'll ensure operational excellence by executing transactions in a timely, risk-conscious manner. This role offers exposure to regulatory and operational considerations in digital assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with daily stablecoin issuance and redemption activities.
• Conduct operations across mint/redeem, internal controls, and fiat on/off ramp.
• Support internal systems and third-party tool configuration.
• Generate daily operational reports and track key metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in financial operations, treasury, or crypto payment processing.
• Understanding of fiat and crypto flow of funds: wires, stablecoin mechanics.
• Knowledge of stablecoin protocols and blockchain networks (e.g., USDC).
• Experience supporting institutional client operations in regulated industry.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Looker.
• Interest in blockchain, crypto-economics, stablecoins.
