You'll lead a team of technicians in building barrel and tank assemblies for the Terran R rocket. Your core impact is executing production schedules across machining, roll forming, and friction stir welding processes. You'll drive continuous improvement and foster an inclusive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute production schedules across machining, roll forming, and FSW processes
• Establish process standards and hold team accountable for quality
• Mentor technicians through feedback, reviews, and 1:1s
• Communicate progress and blockers to upper management

📋 Requirements

• Manufacturing leadership experience with aggressive production schedules
• 3+ years in machining, roll forming, or FSW operations
• 3+ years in rigging and crane operations with lift director capability
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production control)

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years in aerospace field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Smartsheets
