💼 About This Role

You'll lead event logistics and operations at a leading brand experience agency, managing high-profile events for a well-known tech client. You'll drive seamless event execution from planning to debrief, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultative planning support for event hosts to ensure exceptional experiences
• Coordinate logistics, decor, catering, entertainment, and all event needs
• Manage space assignments and update internal systems with event changes
• Conduct site visits and oversee onsite event execution

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of event management experience
• Meeting coordination experience for groups of 50-300+ people
• Experience with high-profile stakeholders and event agencies
• Fluent in English
