Description

You will lead two strategic pillars within Roku's Viewer Platform: orchestrating the company-wide initiative to unify AI/ML products and driving operational excellence across product areas. You'll align multiple teams, set shared milestones, and improve cross-functional velocity for high-impact feature launches.

Requirements

• 6+ years program management in consumer tech, AI/ML, or platform orgs
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives spanning product and engineering
• Experience with continuous planning and operational frameworks
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to drive alignment and clarity across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Viewer Brain program aligning Search, Recommendations, Voice, and Content Understanding
• Own OKRs, dependency maps, and exec-ready status across cross-functional workstreams
• Drive quarterly/release planning and capacity forecasting across teams
• Manage cross-team dependencies and escalate blockers decisively
• Publish roadmaps and report progress via Quarterly Product Area reviews
