💼 About This Role

You'll own electrical wiring and harness design for spacecraft from concept through launch. Your work will directly ensure the reliability of critical aerospace systems. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge space technology in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and document electrical harnesses for spacecraft
• Create and maintain harness drawings and wire diagrams
• Select and manage vendors for aerospace electrical components
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of harness issues

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience designing electrical wire harnesses in high-reliability environment
• Proficiency in harness design tools (Altium, CATIA Electrical, Creo Cabling, or similar)
• Ability to analyze and apply electrical requirements for wire and connector selection

✨ Nice to Have

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification
• Familiarity with aerospace standards (AS50881, NASA-STD-8739.4)
• Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill)
