You will train large language models on Latvian language topics such as grammar, syntax, and dialects by conversing with the model, verifying accuracy, and documenting errors. Your expertise will help improve AI reasoning for Latvian speakers.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Latvian language, linguistics, or closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on noun declension, verb conjugation, sentence structure, word order, syntax variations, and regional dialects
• Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning
• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
