You'll lead transaction advisory engagements across buy-side and sell-side due diligence for private equity firms and corporate clients. Your work will drive key value drivers, risks, and transaction considerations. You'll manage project teams and client relationships while supporting business development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Oversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements and project teams
• Coach, mentor, and develop Associates and Senior Associates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services
• 3+ years of direct experience in financial due diligence
• CPA designation required

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
