You'll join Striim's elite Ghost Ops strike force, performing surgical interventions on the front lines of real-time data integration. You'll dive deep into mid-tier codebases to diagnose and repair bottlenecks stalling critical customer deployments. This is a high-visibility role on a team that directly impacts multi-million dollar deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dive deep into mid-tier codebase to diagnose and repair bottlenecks
• Write custom high-performance code within Striim's Open Processor framework
• Rapidly refactor mid-tier logic or API interfaces in war room environments
• Maintain calm, authoritative presence while explaining resolutions to customers

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience at a company building data movement or streaming platforms
• Full-stack mastery: React, Java/backend APIs, complex SQL execution plans
• Expert at writing custom logic to extend platform capabilities for high-scale use
• Deep understanding of high-concurrency, low-latency systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of Oracle ecosystem (CDBs, PDBs, DataGuard)
• Experience using downstream Oracle instances to offload replication processing
• Advanced ability to interface with Oracle APIs and navigate enterprise setups
