Description

You will lead a team of 5-7 high-performing Account Executives in acquiring new mid-market customers, taking an already stable team to the next level through strategic coaching, operational cadences, and sales discipline. You'll partner cross-functionally to build a repeatable growth engine.

Requirements

  • 6+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech or financial services
  • 4+ years managing high-performing sales teams exceeding quota
  • Proven success selling into mid-market accounts (250-1000 employees) with 3-6 month sales cycles
  • Strong presence in pipeline reviews and hands-on coaching
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team of 5-7 AEs to exceed new business targets
  • Hire, onboard, and scale high-performing AE team
  • Build and scale operating systems for outbound rigor, deal inspection, pipeline hygiene, and forecast accuracy
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and key customer calls
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Enablement, and RevOps
