Description

You will lead the ISV partner ecosystem and marketplace strategy at Contentful, driving partner recruitment, integration, and go-to-market motions to differentiate Contentful and drive customer value. This hybrid role requires office attendance in Denver 2-3 days per week and focuses on aligning ISV partnerships with product and business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling an ISV/marketplace partner program in a SaaS or enterprise technology company
  • Strong program and ecosystem leadership skills
  • Ability to align partner strategy with product and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
  • Proven track record of driving partner ecosystem growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy to grow and optimize the ISV partner ecosystem
  • Recruit, evaluate, and onboard independent software vendors into the marketplace
  • Operate and improve the technology partner program including marketing, business development, and commercial constructs
  • Drive marketplace growth metrics (app coverage, install/adoption rates, usage)
  • Lead and mentor a small team focused on ISV and marketplace success
