You'll lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions at a high-growth fintech company. Your work will directly impact making retirement benefits accessible for millions. You'll leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as part of your daily workflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Leverage AI coding assistants in development workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Expert knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II highly preferred.
• Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Agentforce Vibes.
• Trailhead rankings considered in lieu of certification.
