💼 About This Role

You'll drive the full GTM lifecycle for healthcare AI solutions, from discovery to deal close. You will diagnose client problems through an AI lens, designing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. This role combines strategy, demo building, and hands-on prototyping on the Distillery platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive AI solutioning during the pre-sales process for healthcare deals
• Conduct technical discovery and identify high-value use cases
• Build demos and proof-of-concept solutions on Distillery platform
• Create reusable GTM assets like demo scripts and ROI calculators

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years experience in sales engineering or solutions consulting in healthcare
• Technical undergraduate degree (CS, engineering, math, or similar)
• Hands-on experience designing GenAI solutions (LLM pipelines, RAG)
• Strong data skills: SQL and Python/pandas

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
• Background in building GTM playbooks for enterprise AI
