🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a vision and roadmap for the design system.
• Build scalable systems and rituals for design and development lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to integrate the design system into workflows.
• Lead, empower, and mentor a team of designers.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Design or UX Design.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record leading design systems for enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Ability to plan long-term platform transformation and triage immediate needs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience or interest in UX engineering.
• Experience or interest in AI-assisted design.
• Strong communication and partnership-building skills.
