You'll shape the next generation of Five9's modern SaaS platform that powers industry-leading Contact Center solutions. You'll build highly available microservices with a focus on API Gateway architecture and API Developer Portal development. This role offers the chance to work at the core of a cloud-native system serving enterprises worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain API Gateway architecture and developer portals
• Implement API policies for authentication, routing, and throttling
• Monitor API performance and optimize system efficiency
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong expertise in API Gateway technologies (APIGEE)
• Experience with API development using Java, Spring/Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of API security frameworks and OAuth2

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with service mesh and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline orchestration
• Contribution to open-source tools or cloud-native components
