💼 About This Role

You'll lead the vision and execution of a critical onboarding experience for a fast-growing wealthtech platform, helping financial advisors and their clients activate quickly and confidently. This role drives product strategy, user experience design, and cross-functional leadership in a high-growth SaaS environment. You'll mentor other product managers as the organization scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the onboarding experience.
• Design and optimize onboarding journeys to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Partner with design and engineering to rapidly prototype, iterate, and launch features.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech.
• 3+ years of experience in wealthtech or financial advisory workflow design.
• Proven ability to simplify complex systems and improve onboarding experiences.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product success metrics.

• Experience mentoring or coaching product managers.
• Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or financial services.
