You'll act as a strategic advisor to enterprise and mid-market clients, guiding them through onboarding and expansion on a global employment platform. You'll own retention and growth of key accounts while collaborating cross-functionally to shape product direction. This fully remote role offers high visibility and direct impact on revenue and customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers
• Develop executive-level relationships and strategic success plans
• Identify expansion opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
• Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Strong ability to build executive-level relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
