💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's rental facility team, repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Your work keeps contractors' projects moving and ensures safety on job sites. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues and track service intervals, making your work smarter and more efficient.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment schematics and diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Must own tools applicable to position
