Description

In this role, you'll shape Black Duck's financial story by building annual operating plans, translating numbers into actionable insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams. You will support forecasting, variance analysis, monthly close, and executive presentations to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years finance experience; tech or SaaS preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Own monthly and quarterly close components and analysis
• Prepare financial content for Quarterly Business and Product Reviews
• Deliver weekly cash flow analysis
• Build and present forecast analysis including product P&Ls
