💼 About This Role

You'll join Extreme Networks' AI Core group to pioneer Generative AI platforms for next-gen network management. You'll own the full development lifecycle of production-grade ML systems that drive flagship products and enable new offerings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical vision and drive innovation across ML products and platforms.
• Own full SDLC including architecture, design, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Architect and deliver production-grade ML platforms for real-time GenAI systems.
• Partner with engineers and cross-functional leaders to accelerate model integration.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience across full SDLC: design, coding, reviews, testing, deployment, operations.
• 5+ years architecting and deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production.
• Proven expertise developing Generative AI solutions like RAG, AI Agents, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Strong background in distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

✨ Nice to Have

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience with Graph ML (GNNs, Graph RAG).
• Deep expertise with distributed Big Data technologies (Spark, Flink, Kafka, PySpark).
