Description

You will lead Medier's growth in Romania, owning the P&L and driving market development, performance, and compliance. You'll shape local strategy, oversee acquisition and retention, and ensure campaigns resonate with Romanian audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years in iGaming (casino or sports betting)
• At least 1 year in Country Manager or senior market-level leadership role
• Deep understanding of Romanian customer behavior and regulations
• Strong knowledge of acquisition channels, CRM, and promotional strategy
• Native Romanian and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for Romania and define growth roadmap
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behavior
• Drive acquisition, retention, and product positioning
• Localize global campaigns and develop local promotional strategies
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage local authority relationships
