💼 About This Role

You'll join the Platform team to own security posture across AWS and the SDLC. You'll design secure-by-default systems and implement guardrails, tooling, and patterns. You'll partner with engineering teams and the Head of IT & Information Security to drive SOC 2 maturity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement security guardrails across AWS multi-account environment
• Build and maintain policy-as-code and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Improve software supply chain security (dependency scanning, secrets management)
• Embed secure development practices into CI/CD and code review patterns

📋 Requirements

• Experience owning or improving security posture of a cloud-based platform (ideally AWS)
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions)
• Understanding of modern application and supply chain security and how to implement it pragmatically
• Ability to take ownership of problems end-to-end from identification through implementation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. SOC 2)
• Experience in fintech or data-heavy platforms
