You'll support a Lead Teacher in guiding children to be more independent and confident. You'll prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters concentration. This role offers a path to become a Lead Guide through our MACTE-accredited training program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe children closely to understand and meet their needs
• Prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters independence
• Provide individual and small-group lessons for each child's development

📋 Requirements

• Familiarity with development of young children
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset
• Willingness to grow and learn
• Valid negative TB test (last 12 months) or willingness to obtain

• Experience with Montessori education
• Valid CPR certification
