You'll lead sales scaling for a cybersecurity company in the ad economy. You'll turn a founder-built sales org into a disciplined revenue engine while personally closing strategic deals. This is a building role, not an optimization role.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define qualification frameworks, pipeline stages, and forecasting cadence
  • Own pipeline numbers and work with Marketing on ICP and channel strategy
  • Coach sellers through complex enterprise deals and hold them to standards
  • Personally lead strategic deals involving C-suite relationships

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B technology sales with 3+ years leading a team
  • Experience in complex enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep familiarity with digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, or adtech
  • Comfortable presenting to a Board and closing deals in the same week

  • Direct adtech or ad security experience
  • Network in digital media or cybersecurity space
