๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead sales scaling for a cybersecurity company in the ad economy. You'll turn a founder-built sales org into a disciplined revenue engine while personally closing strategic deals. This is a building role, not an optimization role.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define qualification frameworks, pipeline stages, and forecasting cadence
- Own pipeline numbers and work with Marketing on ICP and channel strategy
- Coach sellers through complex enterprise deals and hold them to standards
- Personally lead strategic deals involving C-suite relationships
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B technology sales with 3+ years leading a team
- Experience in complex enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, or adtech
- Comfortable presenting to a Board and closing deals in the same week

- Direct adtech or ad security experience
- Network in digital media or cybersecurity space
