💼 About This Role

You'll support healthcare professionals in utilizing clinical systems and devices for contactless remote patient monitoring. You'll ensure effective device installations, provide on-site training, and troubleshoot technical issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on training to nurses on device operation and maintenance
• Respond to service requests and resolve device malfunctions
• Coordinate device installation and setup with the installation team
• Log all installation, troubleshooting, and repair activities

📋 Requirements

• CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant certification
• 2-3 years experience in clinical coordination or medical device support
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
• Experience in healthcare environments, preferably skilled nursing facilities
