You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and developing a passionate team at Hot Topic. You'll drive sales and customer engagement through product promotion and social media. This role blends operational leadership with pop culture fandom to create an amazing in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promos on time

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling)
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs
