You'll spearhead Dash0's entry into the enterprise market across North America, closing strategic lighthouse accounts. You will penetrate large accounts, build relationships from developer teams to C-level, and shape the enterprise go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing OpenTelemetry-native observability platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Penetrate and close new business within large enterprise accounts across North America.
  • Develop multi-threaded account plans building relationships from dev teams to C-level.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations structuring multi-year agreements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value to prospects.
  • Articulate ROI and build business cases for technical and financial drivers.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales with new logo acquisition.
  • Consistent overachievement against a $1M+ quota managing multiple large deals.
  • Mastery of value-based sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
  • Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in North America.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and observability ecosystem.
  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
