Description

You will own the product roadmap for translation and AI-based content generation features, working directly with clients to ensure product-market fit. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by defining KPIs, conducting customer interviews, and collaborating with engineering and design teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with product-led growth
• Native-level English and exceptional communication skills
• Experience with document processing is a strong plus
• Knowledge of ML/AI for text processing (LLM, RAG) is a strong plus
• Growth-oriented mindset and comfort working in a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap for translation and content generation tracks
• Track usage data, define improvement hypotheses, and drive adoption and retention
• Own acquisition funnel and understand key customer problems
• Lead development of new features with designer and engineering team
• Align on product strategy with Director of Product
