🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as Ministry Representative and lead contract administration
• Oversee contractor performance and compliance with specs
• Plan and supervise field construction activities
• Manage project budgets and certify quantities for payment

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or technical diploma with equivalent experience
• Proven experience in construction supervision and field operations
• Strong background in highway infrastructure delivery
• Solid understanding of public contract specifications

• Familiarity with Civil 3D or CAiCE
• Experience with digital terrain modeling tools
