You'll join our Internal AI Transformation team to establish governance frameworks and drive adoption of everyday AI tools across the organization. Your work will ensure effective and responsible AI use while enabling employees to maximize value. This role offers a chance to shape enterprise-wide AI strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain AI governance standards and guidelines
• Manage provisioning and access to approved AI tools
• Drive AI adoption, track KPIs, and analyze usage data
• Lead AI training programs and develop learning paths

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Program Management, Operations, or IT Governance
• Excellent organizational and program coordination skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with AI tools like MS Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Experience with Jira or release management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
