Description

You will lead HEOR/RWE strategy and execution for late-stage oncology assets targeting pancreatic and colorectal cancer, working cross-functionally to demonstrate product value to payers and healthcare organizations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, or related fields in biotech/pharma
• Experience in oncology HEOR and RWE development
• Minimum 10-13 years relevant experience with advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
• Track record of high-impact publications

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve product HEOR/RWE strategy
• Align with Medical Affairs and Development to design research and deliver evidence
• Lead enterprise partnerships with payers, HTA agencies, and global consortia
• Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate real-world research partnerships with academic and payer organizations
