You'll partner with senior product and engineering leaders to shape the next generation of financial tools that reduce complexity around insurance and compliance. Requirements

• **10+ years** in product design, including 5+ at director level.
• Experience leading design for **finance or regulated SaaS** platforms.
• Deep expertise in **org design** and team buildout.
• Proven success scaling **design systems** across complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the RCM design organization structure.
• Guide senior cross-functional peers through high-stakes tradeoffs.
• Drive adoption of robust design processes and quality standards.
• Lead UX vision across billing, claims, payments, and eligibility flows.
