💼 About This Role

You'll lead the UK regulatory framework for a fintech that powers investment products for top European banks. You'll hold SMF16/17 functions and drive Compliance by Design culture. This role offers the chance to launch a SIPP pension product from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as UK regulatory lead holding SMF16/17 functions
• Lead regulatory workstream for UK SIPP launch
• Oversee Financial Crime prevention and AML guidance
• Implement data-driven compliance monitoring programme

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in compliance and AML
• SMF16/17 status or readiness to hold
• Deep understanding of FCA rules (COBS, Consumer Duty)
• Leadership experience in high-growth fintech

• Legal background (lawyer or legal experience)
