You'll be the primary point of contact for service customers at a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership, guiding them through the maintenance and repair process. Your work ensures a no-hassle car buying experience while acting as the liaison between technicians and customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders
• Advise customers on recommended services and maintenance
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department for timely work
• Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar in automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, especially CDJR models
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
