Description

You will shape the future of Agoda's Key Accounts supply pillar by driving growth and optimization. Act as a critical bridge between the Key Accounts team and senior leadership, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with broader objectives. You'll lead commercial enablement, develop strategy insights, and manage cross-functional projects to influence long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 4-6 years in management consulting or strategy-focused roles (e-commerce, OTAs, travel)
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Tableau/Metabase
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of commercial presentations with clear messaging and executive-ready quality
  • Chair high-impact internal cadences (leadership reviews, QBRs) to drive alignment
  • Identify enablement gaps and build scalable templates and tools
  • Drive strategy initiatives with analytical inputs and structured thinking
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables
