Description
You will shape the future of Agoda's Key Accounts supply pillar by driving growth and optimization. Act as a critical bridge between the Key Accounts team and senior leadership, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with broader objectives. You'll lead commercial enablement, develop strategy insights, and manage cross-functional projects to influence long-term strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 4-6 years in management consulting or strategy-focused roles (e-commerce, OTAs, travel)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Tableau/Metabase
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Lead development of commercial presentations with clear messaging and executive-ready quality
- Chair high-impact internal cadences (leadership reviews, QBRs) to drive alignment
- Identify enablement gaps and build scalable templates and tools
- Drive strategy initiatives with analytical inputs and structured thinking
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables
