💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents for enterprise customers like Block and Chime. Your core impact is translating customer workflows into production-ready agent designs and influencing Decagon's product roadmap. This role combines product management and AI expertise in a fast-growing startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize AI agents with enterprise customers
• Serve as strategic advisor to customer AI roadmaps
• Run feedback loops into Engineering for feature development

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience (PM, consultant, founder, etc.)
• Deep technical acumen in AI agent design
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort in fast-moving ambiguous environments
