• Partner with CHRO to execute talent priorities in a business-focused way
• Run core talent processes including performance management and succession planning
• Deliver learning initiatives and own LinkedIn Learning platform
• Oversee onboarding and maintain HR calendar across employee lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of L&D or related experience
• Experience with performance management
• Strong program design and delivery skills
• Experience driving change and influencing behavior
