You'll drive high-stakes initiatives as the right hand to the CEO and Chief of Staff at a bootstrapped $45M ARR SaaS company. Your core impact is accelerating decision-making across M&A, pricing, and company rituals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform market intelligence and customer interviews for insights
• Build pricing scenarios modeling impact on ARR and churn
• Diagnose sales performance and propose fixes
• Create all-hands and kickoff presentations

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• 2–3 years in a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Excel at modeling, slide design, and writing memos
• Fluent in English and French

• Experience with M&A due diligence
• Experience in SaaS or B2B tech
• Familiarity with AI-first positioning
