You'll lead the technical delivery of Zendesk and Amazon Connect solutions for high-profile customers, ensuring successful go-live. Your expertise will guide clients in deploying cloud-based contact center solutions that align with business goals. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as SME on Zendesk for Contact Center, providing recommendations
  • Lead design and configuration workshops to produce Technical Design Documents
  • Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during dev, testing, and go-live
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is essential
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments
  • Skilled in automating deployments and improving operational efficiency
