You'll serve as a strategic force multiplier for the VP of Customer Center of Excellence, bridging commercial commitments with technical execution. You'll protect revenue retention and drive growth by transforming client patterns into roadmap influence. This role is the operational backbone ensuring no surprises in revenue risk or delivery confidence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as revenue-risk firewall, resolving issues before VP escalation
• Synthesize customer data into weekly strategic aerial view
• Own intake and prioritization of product requests and bug reports
• Build and maintain operational systems in Notion, Google Workspace, CRM

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in high-growth technology environments
• Experience as strategic proxy or chief of staff for senior leadership
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level insights
• Expertise in cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and services

• Experience with data security or cybersecurity industry
